BCB is a non-profit organization open to archers of all ages and classes. The club was established in the 1950's and is located just outside of Brazoria, Texas. It sits on approximately 60 acres of land and is part of a larger family known as the Greenwood Gun Club.
The landscape has lots of varied oak trees and plenty of shade for everyone. The club was organized and is dedicated to promote, encourage and foster the sport of archery, archer's education and act as a liaison for the betterment of archers. The club actively promotes all forms of archery, including 3-D, 4-H, as well as lawful bow hunting. We are a family-oriented organization which emphasizes archery as a sport for the entire family. Club membership includes individuals of all ages, shooting styles and skill levels.
The club operates and maintains a large facility consisting of a clubhouse with a clean restroom, a covered practice range and a 30+ target 3-D course. Operating expenses are funded by membership fees and proceeds from BCB-sponsored shoots. Club monies are spent in the furthering of the sport of archery and bow hunting by purchasing targets, range upkeep, and supporting 4-H archery. All work and administration is volunteer as there are no paid employees.
